Question 1

Does EDGE cost my family anything?

Accepted Answer

There is no separate charge for a player or family to have an EDGE profile. Registration and program fees are set by your club or league, and you pay them in EDGE at checkout.

Question 2

Can I register all my children in one place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One family account holds every child, and you register them for every team and season in one checkout.

Question 3

What happens when I switch clubs?

Accepted Answer

Changing club or province is one request, approved in the app. Your history and eligibility come with you, so you never start over.

Question 4

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

Your data is hosted in Canada. Your club and federation see only what they need to run your registration, and you can see what is on your record at any time.

Question 5

What languages is EDGE available in?

Accepted Answer

EDGE is available in English and French. Spanish is coming soon.

Question 6

How do I keep my certifications and screening up to date?

Accepted Answer

Your coaching or officiating profile holds every certification and screening check, and EDGE reminds you before anything expires so you are ready before the season starts.

Question 7

How do officials get their games and get paid?

Accepted Answer

Assignments, availability, venues and changes all live in the app. Game fees and expenses are calculated from your assignments, so you are paid without chasing invoices.

Question 8

I coach and officiate. Do I need two accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. One EDGE profile carries every role you hold, across every club and sport.

Question 9

Do you support all sports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. EDGE is sport-agnostic by design. We tailor it to your sport’s rules, seasons and structure so it feels built for you, not forced onto you.

Question 10

What does EDGE replace?

Accepted Answer

Clubs, leagues and federations run registration, scheduling, compliance and payments on the same record, instead of a separate tool for each.

Question 11

How much does EDGE cost for my organisation?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the size of your organisation and what you need. Talk to our sales team and we will give you a clear estimate once we understand how you run.

Question 12

Can a federation see all of its leagues and clubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because everyone works on the same record, leadership sees the whole organisation, from federation to team, without collecting reports by hand.

Question 13

I can’t sign in to EDGE. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen with the email your club registered you with. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, contact technical support.

Question 14

My club isn’t on EDGE yet. Can I still use it?

Accepted Answer

You can create a profile, but registration and schedules come from your club. Tell us who they are and we’ll reach out.

Question 15

Who do I ask about a registration fee or refund?

Accepted Answer

Fees are set by your club or league. Product support can show you where to find your receipt and who to contact.

Question 16

What does “Coming soon” mean?

Accepted Answer

A feature marked “Coming soon” is on our roadmap and being built, but is not available yet. “Coming 2028” means it is planned for 2028. We update these labels as features ship.
